Cancellation Policy

At Rolling Greens Mobile Mini Golf, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while ensuring we can accommodate all our customers effectively. 1. Cancellations & Refunds 30+ Days Before Event – Full refund of deposit. Less Than 30 Days Before Event – Deposit is non-refundable. Same-Day Cancellations – No refund will be issued, and full payment is required. 2. Rescheduling Policy If you need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find a new date at no additional charge, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours before the event. 3. Weather Policy If severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, etc.) makes setup unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule or move the setup indoors (if a suitable space is available). If rescheduling is not possible, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. 4. Force Majeure Rolling Greens Mobile Mini Golf is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, etc.).
